Talk to Endocrinologist on Goiter, Swollen Throat

My sister age 30 had goiter problem in teenage and was prescribed lugols iodine drop for 6 months and it was cures. Now from 25 years of age her throat becomes prominently swollen in end of neck and doesn't hurt and it gets suffocating if she eats raw cabbage. No other symptoms related to thyroid no hair shedsing, no weight gain or loss no hot cold flashes etc Just dark circles bcz of allergy Can anyone recommend lugols iodine solution now? From where it can be found now
