Talk to Endocrinologist on Harmonal Issues Maybe

Asslam o alaikum, hope whoever reads this post is fine...I am here to discuss issue of a girl i know. She is 17 y/o and she is feeling changes in her body. First the common change is her mensural cycles are not working properly like after two months or so on and her bleeding condition is not ok because its color is so dark brownish, jelly like structure and very less in amount, this can be considered hormonals issue. But she feels like her body is changing, her voice is getting deeper ,she is growing hair all over her body and the condition on her face is unbearable. She is growing height, a visible Adam's apple, round collar bones and she is afraid that she has starting thinking a bit like boys....In short she thinks that she is turning into a male, maybe. What is the ruling upon this issue please clarify this so I may help that poor soul.
