Talk to Endocrinologist on Harmones Issues

my age is 23 old male, i have harmonal issues, my body is not in shape, my body is fatty and soft, no hairs on body, increased breast size, less beard on face, mood swings, low confidence level, low sex drive, low semen count, errection probelm and upset stomach, my testosterone level is averge not much high as per my age (3.96) ml, and estrogen level is high, and prolactin level also high, i m so depressed about this problem plz help me
