Talk to Endocrinologist on Having Pain In Thorat+Thyroid Tests

I need some Suggestions. Male Age 22.8 I have Tested For TSH On 18 Nov and the Results were 6.13 U/ml Again on the very next day I Go For TSH Profile, The results were Mind-blowing T3- Total 114.86 ng/dL T4- Thyroxine 9ug/dL TSH 1.257 This time. Both Tests were Conducted from Very Reliable and Professional Hospital Laboratory on Self Reference. They called me for History and asked whether you used some medicine or what but i have used nothing to perform Both of them on fasting. While Checking to the doctor he prescribed me CBC and C reactive Protein Quantitative Tests. Because i was feeling some pain in Thorat while talking too much or too loud. I'm attaching those 2 with you along with Both TSH as well.
