Talk to Endocrinologist on Hemmoerroids

AoA, i am 37 years old. i am facing constipation issue since last 5 years or so. initially, i ignored this issue resultantly it lead to hemoerroids. these external hemoerroids are very painful. initially blood also came with stool but for 15 days no blood seen. my stool is very thick which make it more painful. after attending bathroom, i feel severe pain and discomfort ness the whole day. what to do. i am taking 1 cap daily omeprazole twice, 1 spoon dijex mp and lilac syp. but this medicine is not working. plz help
