test must be needed to rule out the cause for the time being to reduce cortisol level u can use tab ketoconazole 200, mg 1+1 untill apnay test kerwayen either it's Cushing syndrom or some pituitary gland disease
must do 24 hr free urinary cortisone level dexamethasone suppression test plasma ACTH level n MRI OR CT scan to rule out cause
