I am 28 years old male my lh level is high 10 and testosterone level is low 413. What could be the reason and should i consider it hypogonadism??

413 is relatively normal for testosterone. What is the reference range of your lab? But Lh is high. Need to examine u. Get an endocrine consultation

Sir/ma'm according to agha khan lab
Normal t level 042-32591427,
And normal lh 1.2-7.8
But mine lh is 10.35 which is relatively high. And as i am 28 years old and t level is 413 which lower accorsing to my age. I am unmarried but i am feeling sexual anxiety. I am not from lahore and there is no endocrinologist in my area. Let me know if u r offer online consultation and ur contact no too.

Yes testosterone level this age is low , with high LH it is primary hypogonadism a problem in you testes Further detail and history required and then work up plan will be made for you to reach diagnosis
