Talk to Endocrinologist on Hirsutism - Diane 35

I have a question. I went to well known endocrinologist as I thought I had PCOS with my complete reports and ultrasound. My periods are normal but I have excess facial hair so I thought I had PCOS. But luckily she said I don't have PCOS and my reports are normal. She prescribed me Diane 35. And asked me to start taking it from 3rd day of your next period everyday at same time and she is asked to never stop taking this. Now my question is what is Diane 35 used for and are there any side effects? I am unmarried will this medi cause any problem after marriage?

PCOS is more so of a clinical diagnosis
For Hirsuitism, lab work and USiund ovaries help support the DX
If Diane is helping it should be continued while watching a few side effects.
drug is used to treat androgenization i.e hirsutism, acne unresponsive to antibiotics, irregular drug is use for a certain period of time and not to be used life long . Like every drug it has sime side effects and this varies from person ti better evaluation visit a dr in person.
