I experienced glactorrhea last week ..went to a gp she prescribed nothing further .I noticed a lump in right breast..went for ultrasound .It came out as fibroadenoma? And sonologist told me that maybe its is due to horomnal imbalance. Now i want to go to a good doc but prior to that I want to know what further lab test do i need.. I am also having headache from last few weeks and also got my periods 5 days late this time and the flow was light ... I want to go to agha khan tomorrow for tests.kindly tell me which tests are required
This needs complete history before going for lab test like history of any drugs you are taking like contraceptive pills,any stress
Lab test are advised TSH, Prolactin.
Let me advice you consult a Surgeon for surgical removal of Fibroadenoma in Left Breast.
Biopsy of the lump.
Needs hormone screen. Prolactin , FSH, LH, FT4 and TSH , cortisol 0900 AM

Sir TSH and prolcation came out normal ..prolactin was 20.80
So do I need to got to oncologist or any further investigations?
