Hello Doctor, I want to consult about possible hormonal imbalance.

I am experiencing the following symptoms:

Excess chin hair growth (hirsutism) Acne mainly on jawline/chin Hair thinning / hair fall Difficulty losing weight despite diet Double chin / facial fat accumulation

My menstrual cycle is regular every month.

I would like to check if there is any hormonal imbalance or insulin resistance, and whether I need any tests or treatment.
