Talk to Endocrinologist on Hyperthyroidism

AOA, I was diagnosed with hyperthyroid the dr prescribed me Carbimazole and Indral 10 mg 3 times a day than after several checkups my blood test came to normal I quit carbimazole by my own but I can't quit indral as I did once and my bp increases than dr increased my dose of Indral 40 mg 2 times a day but I want to quit indral as I have no underlying cause now but whenever I try to delay my dose I feel dizzy, my hand and feet gets sweaty, my hands specifically left one feel numb, my body start tremble, I want to know how to quit indral plz help and can someone quit indral because i don't want to be dependent on this it Detroit all my life plz help
