Asking for Self, Female, 24 years old, karachi

during pregnancy i was diagnosed with hypothyroidism then after delivery mene medicine lena chor di without any checkup.. Now after 10 months i have some hormonal issues like painful and heavy periods, dry skin etc so I checked my tsh level that was 75 and my general physician suggest me to take Thyronorm 75mg 3 tablets daily for 2 months.. after then I again testes my tsh level it is now 0.07 .. along with symptoms like anxiety, depression, excessive sweating, gut problems, skin bruise.. now what should i do

thyroxine din may aik dafa leni hoti hay suba nashte se pehle...2 times ghalat lika hay...ur tsh is suppressed...now stop all medication , wait fr a month and tgen redo tft...then start thyroxine weight wise
