Talk to Endocrinologist on Hypothyroid

Hello Doctor. I have hypothyroidism since childhood. I have been taking 3 thyroid tablets daily for the last 3 years, but my TSH is still high (25.10). T3 and T4 are normal. Vitamin D is 11.2. I also have frequent neck pain and for the last month I feel something stuck in my throat. Please review my reports and advise the next step. Thank you.
