I think i have hypothyroidism.. What is the best and easy way yo check whether i have it or not...? Why i think that i have hypothyroidism,? Dry face, hair falling, hair thining, delayed puberty, breathing problem .....
You should get TSH and Free T4 from a reliable lab. If normal then see a good general physician for evaluation.

As initial labs check with TSH, Free4, Free T3... at 25 year we don’t take term delayed puberty, rather hypogonadism, that need detailed History examination and lab work up for hormone status and possibly Radilogical work up
