Hi there. Your TSH and T4 are in the normal range. You don't need any medicine at the moment. Your antibodies are high suggesting high risk of developing thyroid problems in the future.

OK. now you don not need of thyroxin as your TSH level are within normal range but in future more chances of developing thyriod problems as you have higher anti-TPO that indicates risk of thyriod issues esp thyroditis.
you should repeat TSH level after 6 months and watch for symptoms
