Talk to Endocrinologist on Hypothyroidsm

Its been 5 years my TSH levels are some time low or at boader line .. during second pregnancy i come to know about it .. Now since some time im facing memery loss.. dry skin gain hard to loss weight ... depresstion pain in So almost last week dr ask me to do vit d test and tsh t4 t3 .. vit d come low so taking injection and will continue capsules.. ths come low as well for which dr ask to do ultrasound ... going to attack the report..i wanna know m i having goiter ???? Dr hasnt give me any medi just ask me to repeat the test after a month tell me in detail what is going on whats the actual prb and how to over come allah kahir
