Asking For Self, Male 31, thata
I have had diabetes for 5 years. My HbA1c was 6.7. Four years ago, my sugar would drop to 57 before lunch, but after eating, it would rise to 267. I didn't take any medication because it would drop too low. Now, my HbA1c is 10.58, my fasting blood sugar is 286, and my random blood sugar is 500. Then, I took Getrol 2 tablets, and after a week, my sugar levels started to normalize. I used to take Glucophage as well, but suddenly my sugar levels began to drop too low, and taking Glucophage caused me to have frequent loose stools (motions), so I stopped taking that medication. Now, I can't take Glucophage anymore. What should I do now?

the extreme variation in sugar levels with in short passage of time indicates the misbalance harmony of your immune system....
your individuals constitutional medsn would be helpful for restoration of healthy immunity

Salam Doctor I appreciate your insights. I wanted to share that my blood sugar tends to drop significantly after meals, and then it rises afterward. Could this fluctuation be related to an underlying immune imbalance or another issue? I would appreciate your guidance on how to manage this effectively

let me explain you the phenomenon behind this.
whenever food or medsn enters in body the sensory stimulation recieves the signals and react against that food or medsn that extremely disturbed the balance is blood sugar levels.....
the underlying reason cannot be scan in reports .
a medsn that selected after your proper record of your major minor symptoms along with your mental make up and habits and lifestyle will boost up and reset your immune system....

Thank you, doctor. I appreciate your insight and completely agree with your explanation.
I’ve been concerned about managing my sugar levels, but I struggle to take medication consistently due to fluctuations. I now realize this may be linked to immunity or another underlying issue.
I’ll stay in touch for further guidance. Thank you for your time and support.
