Talk to Endocrinologist on Is It Hashimoto?

Drastic weight gain no weight loss despite all efforts. Lethargic and low energy most of the time. Body pains most of the time especially legs and knee joints. Stressed and extreme anxiety over little things as well. A hump has appeared on the neck. My weight is 84 kg at the height of 5'5.5. I have had 2 c sections. These aggravate before monthly cycle and that time sleep also gets disturbed in the days prior to it. Since three months I am noticing a decrease in the number of my cycle days as well as flow.
