Talk to Endocrinologist on Kidney

A.O.A .Actually I had been facing UTI from the past year .After ultrasound doctor diagnosis 0.5 micrometre stone which was not in my kidney .She tell me that it pass down into your ureter .Now few days ago I got severe UTI then I use Tamsolin tablet and some anti-inflammatory tablets ,after this my stone remove on its own .It's colour was something like mixture of black and brown .After this I use antibiotic,I feel relaxed for 2 two days ,but today I feel some mild pain and heaviness in my kidney . kindly suggest me medicine aur futher any procedure .
