hi
sorry to hear about husband health. The reports shown are fairly concerning and doesn't reflect good health of liver .in particular very high ALT suggestive of acute liver insult. This needs detailed history and assessment, though based on limited information i guess this is reflective of acute viral injury rather gallstones related issue.Usg is usually normal in such acute insults.
he need repeat of his LFTS with a complete liver screen including hepatitis profile and functional status of the liver. All medications should immediately be stopped as these can be an additional responsible factor to make the matters worse due to hepatic clearance of vast majority of abx.I guess food /parhaiz is least of an issue where there is always a risk of going into acute liver failure with such rise in enzymes as the reflect hepatic damage and level 20 times higher than upper limit is worrying.please do see some sensible and sincere hepatologist for further advise .if you want to discuss with me i am happy to talk to your husband 042-32591427,
regards
