Talk to Endocrinologist on Low Sperm Count (oilgo-spermia), Low Testosterone Low Fsh,Lh Hormones. Pituitary Gland Mico-adenoma

I got married 2 years ago. When Wife didn’t conceived we performed our test. Wife tests are normal. I got oligo-spermia , low FSH,LH levels. Doctor ask for pituitary MRI test. After test we knew that i have pituitary mico-adenoma. Doctor said Thats the reason of my all bad test results. I am using different injections madicines etc from last 2 year but not getting results. My question is If i will remove my brain tumor ,can everything will be fine my hormones sperm counts etc. I need suggestions.
