Sorry to know you are having difficulty. It does not look like an eye issue from what you described. I suggest that you should obtain a glucometer and check your blood glucose when having similar symptoms. If blood glucose is low ( less than 70, usually in 40s) when having symptoms, then you need to see an endocrinologist to further assess. Other basic labs such as , TSH, HbA1c, Electrolytes, RFT and CBC are needed as well.

Dr me ye mention krna bhool gai thi k mje hypothyroidism hai .meri reports agai hain blood sugar , liver function ki sb normal hain. Idr ki doctor kehri k neurologist k pas jao. Or brain ka MRI krwao.
Are you diabetic? If so then hypoglycemia is possibility as said symptoms are typical of it ,if not get you fasting blood sugar and 2 hr post meal sugar.
