Can I please get a response on this

New diagnosis of likely T2 Diabetes and dyslipidemia.
Recommend
1- Life style modification, weight loss and diabetic diet ( see nutritionist)
2-Glucophage 500mg twice daily increase to 1000 twice daily in a week
3- Lipitor 20mg once daily
4-Aspirin should be added if no contraindications
