Hello ! Age 29 and height 165cm, Pcos and psychatric issues .. My weight is 78 kg I'm using psychatric mediciations (olanzapine and sert )and glucophage also but my weight is not reducing , im also facing irregular periods and severe muscle and bone pains. And im also having mild galactorrhea too. I really need to lose my weight. Please guide me Thankyou

my prolactin level is 235.2ng/mL
and ALP and GGT levels are also high
ALP 162U/L and GGT 119 U/L .. What should i do now ? as I've already diagnosed with Grade 1 Fattly liver

olanzpine can cause weight gain kindly consult your psychiatrist for medication review. get your prolactin levels checked as high prolactin can cause galactorrhea. follow up on video consultation for detailed discussion.
