Talk to Endocrinologist on PCOS, Obesity, Period Issues

i have been diagnosed with PCOS since 2017. After which ive constantly had period problems and drastic increase in weight these past few years. i have to take primolut-N tablets for about 15 days to trigger periods otherwise i dont get them. i want to badly lose my weight but gym and diet is not working. im probably over 90kg now and height 5'0.. kindly suggest if its possible to be prescribed GLP/Trizepatide for weight loss. i used to be prescribed Glucophage by Gynae but no effect. Stress management and exercise is difficult with remote job that is very demanding.
