Asking For Self, Female 32, karachi

I got my tests done on the 2nd day of my period. My AMH is 12.9, LH hormone: 12.49 FSH: 5.11 Prolactin: 20.07 Progesterone: 0.264 TSH: 3.2

My periods are regular. Ever since I lost weight, my cycle has been stable. My previous weight was 70 kg, and now it's around 56.5–57 kg. According to the scan, ovulation is happening — the follicle size was 21mm × 17mm.

The doctor says they cannot give me ovulation induction medications like Clomid or Letrozole due to the risk of ovarian failure.

It’s been 3 years since I lost weight. I don't eat junk food or sweets anymore. What more can I do to conceive? Do I need to lose more weight?

I’m under a lot of stress. I’ve been trying to conceive for 6 years. I’m exhausted.

I take Myo-inositol, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, B12, Folic Acid, Omega 3, and CoQ10. Please motivate me so I don’t lose hope. Will high AMH become a reason for concern? Should I be worried that ?I'm not going for IVF yet, especially since my husband's reports also didn't come out wel
