I assume you are taking thyroxine. Thyroxine is safe in pregnancy but dose may need to be increased. Need to consult an Endocrinologist.
u can take eggs take folic acid once daily avoid stress n take liquid diet fresh fruits n get ur self anxiety free dear
if you have hypothyroidism or any underlying hormonal disorders, avoid any unplanned pregnancy. Any how , you need urgent consultation with an endocrinologist to manage your thyroid issue during pregnancy . Generally, thyroxine requirements are around 30% more during pregnancy as compared to non pregnant state. TSH during first trimester should be properly controlled for adequate development of baby brain.
For detailed consultation you can book your appointment through Marham for online or physical consultation.
Best Regards and take care.
