Assalamualaikum. Dear sir, I'm 19 years old.. My height is 5'3", my father height is 5'6" and my mother's height is 5'.. Now I want to increase my height by 3 to 4 inches.. kindly guide me please. Which medication and diet plan should I follow? Kindly respond me as soon as possible..

Maximum 18 years but sometime up to 20 .
Visit as early as possible if u suspect a short stature .

hi..you have reached the limit already but may be some pilates/ exercise would help you a bit to increase ur height...
