You will benefit by seeing a local good general practitioner, have basic evaluation such as thyroid function tests, CBC, electrolytes, LFTs, HbA1c. If an endocrine cause is identified then you should a local endocrinologist of your choice.

A lot of basic information is missing. You need to get evaluated for certain hormones such as Insulin, Cortisol, Testosterone, HBA1C and Growth Hormone.
