My height has stopped from height 5.3inches I am having today was same 5years grandfather grandmother Maternal grandmother Maternal grandfather were tall in size but father is small in height and my mother is also normal.I have two brothers elder and younger both have tall height but I am too describe my disease and treatment

sir I usually go to gym for weight gain sand also do stretching backbone to help body to increase height.No result appeard yet.
