Sir i am planning to concieve. Also i havent tested free t4.
The only tests i had are tsh, total t3, total t4 and tpo. Tsh was 6 rest 3 were normal. Please suggeat me what should i do

If you have no symptoms of hypothyroidism and not pregnant/not planning pregnancy, then don't take medicine but repeat TSH and FT4 after 3 months.
