Assalamualaikum my TSH level is 9.0 something but T3 and T4 are normal, and my doctor advised me to start taking thyroxine but someone suffering from it, adviced me to avoid thyroxine but do exercise and take specific diet and your thyroid will become normal as it is below 10... What should I do? Should I start taking medicine or I make any changes in lifestyle and diet.. and also suggest diet n routine for improvement please.. is anything from diet must be avoided?
If you are obese reduce your weight it will reduce TSH
exercise will never normalize TSH, you can wait unlesss TSH more than 10 but likely you have to take it now or after sometime
