Talk to Endocrinologist on Sugar Low

I had gastric bypass operation about 5 years ago now for past 6 months Weakness most of specially waking up Also bad mouth taste Some times pain in stomach Sugar low until dont eat raw sugar Change bowel movement Sudden feel of falling lose of balance Numbness in legs and arms more then normal Cant sleep properly The thing which is scaring me the mist is sudden dip in blood pressure it falls to 45 or 60 its effecting my eye sight as well i have sone a lot of tests but nothing is dignosed
