Talk to Endocrinologist on Sugar Problem

Asking For Self, Male 32, Bhakkar

from the last ten days,me blood sugar was 220 random. at fasting 197.. after that i started walk and exercise .taking no medicines. now my HbA1c is 6.3 ... what should i do now? does i have diabetes or no? should i take medicines or no?

it is control due to exercise and diet control.
You need to take medicine if sugar gets high after consulting a diabetes specialist.
