Asking for Self, Male, 23 years old, Multan

I have had numerous blood works for various reasons and I have a huge bundle of the file of blood works but none of them indicates why I feel super tired and sleepy the whole day even if I had 8 to 9 hours of sleep. I have tried changing my diet and had also started to walk for half an hour a day but nothing seems to make even the slightest dent in the symptoms. I do not have cataplexy and/or hallucinations. The symptoms first started more than 7 to 10 years ago and have been worsening ever since. My question is where in Multan can I get the proper diagnosis and prescription for this and are meds effective and are there any chances of being addictive to the meds? And can it be diagnosed without sleep study and if no, are the branded watches capable of tracking the heart rate and blood pressure during sleep accurate?
