Talk to Endocrinologist on Swollen Thyroid

I have swollen thyroid since 2018, developed after 2 consecutive c sections(1st for delivery & 2nd c section done because of Heamatoma) having 1 month gap between. and then 3rd c section in 2020. But it (enlarged thyroid) has no pain since star. Now problem is from some days I feel there is something stuck in my throat and feels my throat way tight during swallow of water. plz guide...
