Talk to Endocrinologist on Thalassemia Intermedia Or Minor

How can we know that a person is thalassemia intermedia or thalassemia minor? Is there any specific symptoms for intermedia? My hb was 10.9 and hb-A2 is 5.30 , i feel lethargic and sleepy almost all the time and easily get tired and have headache , i am afraid that what if i am thalassemia intermedia? How can it be diagnosed please guide
