Talk to Endocrinologist on Thyroid

Asalm alikum sir/mam mujhy pichhly 5 saal sy hypothyroid ka issue hai main thyroxine ly rahi the.. Last 3 4 month sy I have noticed change in my symptoms thyroid profile krany py pata chala k hyperthyroidism hai... TSH was 0.0231 Dr advised me to not take thyroxine and shifted to carbimazol 2 tab twice a day.. After one month I did my TSH profile again TSH 0.0881, T3 1.28, T4 6.12... Dr said k ap 4 ke bajaiy 2 tab py a jain once in a day Afer one moth I did my test again T3 1.57, T4 6.30 and TSH is 16.571.... Now he said k dobara thyroxine start kerty hain... Mera swal yeah hai k kya mera treatment theek hai...? Aur mujhy ab kya kerna chahiye? Koi aur test?
