Talk to Endocrinologist on Thyroid

i have thyroid problem started from past some months. i was taking medicine named " thyroxine" from at least 3 months, three days ago my heart beat was 140 m and i can't even breathe then i repeat my thyroid test which was 0.08 now i stopped medicine. my question is, ls this is serious problem how can it be fine. Is thyroid effects other body parts like eyes ,emotions etc my wedding will happen coming some days many people said this is very serious issue which can be effect my marriage life too what should i do .. look at my reports 9.5 tsh is my past report and 0.08 tsh is my recent report.
