suffering from obesity and now from last year also got thyroid hypo. now i am completely restless muscles fatigue weight gain no intrest in any thing puffy moon face , heavy lower abdomen and also last 8 days suffering dry cough very worried about some one told me u got TB or ashtma pls guide.
