Talk to Endocrinologist on Vitamin D Deficiency

i took 200000IU sunny d capsule on doctor advice 4 as loadaing dose and fifth one after a month as maintenace dose my vitamin d level was 11 but after taking fifth dose i felt high bp for few days and severe headache when bp was high and felt twitching most of time on my right eyebrow i took eziday to lower bp and 25mg magnesium glycinate myself for 3 days on fourth day i took it and felt brain fog then stopped it i get vitamin d deficiency frequently after recovering from it.Now i am feeling brain fog for several months now some times of day it gets better but most of time my mind feels murky artificial unable to pursue studies focus issues my thyroid is normal and b12 is 203pg/ml.when i took fifth dose of vitamin d i cried a lot became emotional,mild crying spells sleep schedule disturbed and when i drink water i did not feel thirsty but as i drink one glass i need more glasses.I am also feeling backache arms muscle pain when my level was 11 i did not feel any pain anywhere before s
