Talk to Endocrinologist on Vitamin D Deficiency And Fat Malabsorption

person-avatar

Asking for Self, Female, 18 years old, Lahore

I had severe muscle cramps, body was aching so much,so I had some blood tests like magnesium, calcium and 25-hydroxyvitamin D,blood calcium and magnesium levels are normal but vitamin D is deficient, lab reference is 20-29 and my levels are 10,actually I am a patient of chronic diarrhea and fat malabsorption,so please tell me some WATER SOLUBLE form of vitamin D supllements and their DOSE....also due to deficiency of vitamin D I suspect that stored calcium and magnesium are also deficient they are draining to keep the blood levels normal, probably calcium from bones and magnesium from cells? So how much amount of calcium citrate and magnesium glycinate (that can be easily absorbed throught my gut) I should take daily to protect the stored amount of these minerals?
