i am 19 yrs old unmarried girl.. meri height 5.5 hai. but mera weight 68kgs hai ..jo k bht ziada hai or ye brhta hi ja ra hai lch der baad pr zyada ho jata i dont know the reason i am v. worried abt it i tested .y thyroid 2 times its ok ...what should be the reasons of weight gain? i do walk 45 mins a day a d dont take fast foids too much....but timings of meal are irregular but not .much
there are many reasons of weight gain . your thyroid test has been ok but other hormonal imbalance can effect and type of diet. you may need some blood investigation and consultation with Endocrinology.
