Aoa.. Your scans are not very clear in the pics.. but as much as i can see, it seems like you've minimal disease in the ethmoids more on the right side.. Hopefully you'll be treated by medical treatment alone n will not be requiring surgical intervention .. For complete diagnosis and medical treatment, nasal examination is required. If in Lahore i can examine and advice treatment otherwise please consult a competent ENT specialist in your vicinity. Regards
Ct scans are blurred but i cannot make out any gross disease. however i need to take a history and examine before confirming the diagnosis and prescribing treatment
