Aoa! I am diagnosed with Ethmoidal sinusitis. I am having severe head pressure. Is my head pressure due to this problem? Please recommend me proper treatment and medicine. Thanks. Here are my reports. These are my MRI and ct scan of pns
Aoa.. Your scans are not very clear in the pics.. but as much as i can see, it seems like you've minimal disease in the ethmoids more on the right side.. Hopefully you'll be treated by medical treatment alone n will not be requiring surgical intervention .. For complete diagnosis and medical treatment, nasal examination is required. If in Lahore i can examine and advice treatment otherwise please consult a competent ENT specialist in your vicinity. Regards
