Assalamualikum Dears. There's a buzzing noice in my Ears mainly noticeable in night time. Whenever i clench my jaws the noice gets louder,Please help me what's the issue.plz

dear,the problem you are stating here is might be due to ear wax if not associated with any pain/ fever or difficulty in hearing .
2nd thing is you must avoid entry of water inside ear during taking bath.
for further query must visit good ENT specialist

Thanks, yeah Alhamdulillah there's no problem besides this buzzing whistle like sound.But what if there's pain also?
