Talk to Ent Specialist on Ear Crackling Problem

AoA! I have crackling in my both ears or also sometimes in side of head along with hitting of bones inside my ears or head whenever i move my head or swallowing anything i have no earwax issue i had a sinus xray which was totally normal and i went to 3 ent specialist he said that my right eardrum is little bit white and right nose terminal is swell but left one ear and nose is totally fine but this issue exact on my both ears I'm using nasal spray and taking vitamins and no affect in my condition even its worsen day by day I'm suffering for many months the crackling and clicking problem and hitting of bones gives me migraine and depression and i can't focus my studies due to this i don't know its a tube problem or ear muscle issue kindly help or guide me it means a lot jazakallah!
