Asking for Self, Female, 30 years old, Karachi
I had earache and Dr prescribed dexatob otic drops and novidat 250gm ,I couldn't understand I should use this fr 1week or 2 or till relief from pain , I just want to ask i don't have any pain in ear now, it's been 5days of using this ,should I discontinue using ?

Fungus /otomycosis need suction clearance . Any wax / also need suction clearance . Without examination we don't suggest any medication

Yes I had suction done first , wax was there then drops were prescribed, but he told me use it for1 or 2 weeks if still pain then come bck otherwise no need to come , my question is I don't hv any pain now should I continue using for 7days , or stop it, is there any harm using for long period when infection is gone, i used it for 5days
