Mam it rakes time. Complete course of antibiotics for atleast 7 days if it is better then before. If not it might b myringitis bullosa u can add cipocaine ear drops only pain is not relieving. Other option is when there is puss behind ear drum and doesnt come out plus pain and fever not relieving then ENT surgeon perform a minor surgery just drain the puss. See the same doctor and disscuss your concerns with him
