Assalam u alaikum From Ramadan i feel pressure inside ear also at back of ear. What could be possible reasons? What should i avoid? Any home remedy to get relief bcz i cannot go hospital these days..

Walaikum salam. Take tab kestine 10mg once daily for 07 days and xynosine nasal spray 02 puffs x BD for 07 days
