Talk to Ent Specialist on Ear Problem

AOA! I had a infection in my right ear with severe pain n tinnitus 3 months ago then i went to doc he clean my ear but after 1 week there's been a crackling sound in my ear whenever i swallow anything after that the doc suggested me a nasal spray and an sinus xray,which was totally normal. After using that spray there was no effect tho the condition worsen and the crackling problem started to occur in the other ear also Now i started to heard clicking voices from my mouth with breathing which can be easily heard by others.i have all the reports with me also the audio voices from my tell me what is problem should I do plz tell me
